Who knew that there was a pre-Carnival to get ready for Carnival? You heard right. This past weekend marked the festivities of pre-Carnival. While Carnival will be held in from March 2-4, the celebrations have already begun. This year, Carnival rotates out of the capital city of Port au Prince to Gonaives, Haiti.
